We’re already planning our new menu for the Spring and yesterday we gave one new sandwich a test run.
Based on a traditional French Niçoise Salad, this sandwich is made with tuna, fresh tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, anchovies, haricots verts, capers, black olive tapenade, frisée and dijon mustard all stacked beautifully on a fresh baguette.
Fresh and delicious this sandwich will be perfect on a warm spring day, paired with a Sips & Bites lemonade of course! The only thing it needs now is a name! Have any suggestions? Let us know in the comments!
